Cat Flowers

Cat Flowers is an Arts and Wellness Teacher. She is a multidisciplinary artist herself who has been expressing herself through dance since she was a young child. In addition to her beloved dance, Flowers is a visual artist, writer, and performer with a Master’s degree in Interdisciplinary Art from Columbia College Chicago. She is passionate about how expressive movement can influence our whole lives for the better.

A fierce believer in the importance of dance and arts education Cat pursued Dance and Art Education endorsements and went on to teach children dance and start a contemporary dance company in New York City. She has also taught art through schools and camps. In addition to Cat arts background she holds a Children’s Yoga Teacher Certificate from Hosh Yoga, New York and completed a Tantra and Empowerment Coaching certification program with Psalm Isadora.

After finding her own healing path through her arts and wellness practices, Cat is now passionate about promoting healing in the lives of others. She gladly shares practices that have helped her along the way and her intuitive, sensitive spirit leads her as she works to help people live empowered lives.
